ViewSonic has new digital photo frames

ViewSonic, famous for their line of budget LCD monitors has now entered the digital photo frame market with the widescreen 7″ DP701W4WH, the widescreen 8″ DF88W-523 and the standard 8″ DF87G533. All of them feature a memory card reader that allows you to copy photos directly or via a USB cable. You also get a standard 128MB integrated memory, slideshow format, and even transition effects to keep viewers entertained. The DP701W4WH is the most affordable of the lot – retailing for a dollar under the magical $100 mark, while the DF88W and DF87G will retail for $119 each. While the 7″ and traditional 8″ models do not support video playback, the widescreen 8″ model comes with MPEG4 support for you to view video on it.
