Liberty will be offering a mobile printing service to wireless consumers thanks to its Liberty Community Print Location that enables consumers to print just about any file – ranging from Word documents to PowerPoint presentation slides and Excel spreadsheets from any wireless device, be it a computer, laptop, cell phone or PDA. All the consumer needs to do is send the print job via email to the printer’s email address or upload the file via CPL’s web printing page and they’re good to go. Heck, if the CPL is right in front of them, they can even interface with it directly thanks to a virtual print driver. All data are encrypted, so no worries about having someone hack to view what’s going to come out on the other end. [Press Release]
