While we all know what a gaming joy the DS Lite is, there is more to come thanks to Treasure Quest: Enoshima – Treasure of the Dragon from Rush Japan. This game relies on both virtual and real-world environments, and is open to DS owners who are able to travel to Enoshima, a small island that likes approximately 50km south of Tokyo. Once a free copy of the game is picked up, players are then sent to interact with their DS, navigating through the island while searching for clues. These clues can be obtained via the physical environment and game console. The treasure is located after all the puzzle pieces are obtained. At times, the WiFi capability of the DS is used to provide clues, whereby the image on screen will change to match the actual surroundings. Sounds like a pretty neat game to start with!
