Check out the KEYnetik motion interface system that relies on several accelerometers that detect movement direction while triangulating the origin of the foce in order to translate them into on-screen interactions. It is sensitive enough to do so without picking up minor and unintentional motions, also known as motion interference. This motion-based interface comes with side-grip finger controls and joysticks, enabling a device to be controlled with just one hand while your other hand is free to hang loose. Sounds pretty much like a Wii-mote eh, and just like its gaming counterpart, this comes in an ambidextrous design to cater for southpaws as well. Looks like the Wii has really revolutionized the consumer electronics world after all.
