Talk about a quirky home improvement idea – this latex glove-based lamp is the brainchild of Katarina Britse of the Beckmans College of Design in Stockholm, Sweden. Hopefully these’ll be extremely affordable if they’re ever manufactured on a large scale as latex-based materials are well known to deteriorate over time. Reminds me of those seashell-based lamps that we see in various tourist spots all over the world.
