LG Rumor Is Scoop At Alltel

The LG Rumor from Sprint will soon be available on Alltel Wireless, although it will experience a change in name. This time, the Rumor has transformed into the Scoop, although you can’t eat any ice cream with this. The candybar LG Scoop features a sliding QWERTY keyboard, support for Axcess Voice2TXT that changes voicemail into text messages, a 1.3 megapixel camera, a microSD memory card slot and MP3 playback. If you’re interested in picking up the scoop, it retails for $60 after a $40 mail-in rebate. Oh yeah, and you gotta sell your soul to Alltel for two years, too.
