Looks like LG will be rolling out updated models to a couple of successful handsets from Verizon – the VX8610 will oust the Chocolate, while the VX9100 will most likely see the enV out of the door. The former features a trackball instead of a jog wheel/directional pad, along with a unique detachable Bluetooth earpiece, a 2 megapixel camera and a microSD memory card slot. As for the VX9100, this will boast an improved QWERTY keyboard on the inside, a 2 megapixel camera and a microSD memory card slot. If the rumors are true, both of these updated models will be available from Verizon before summer arrives.
