Asus Announced U2E Notebook

The Asus U2E notebook has finally been announced, aiming to bring together both performance and aesthetics in a single package. Asus claims that the U2E is the lightest notebook that in cludes a DVD-RW drive, and boasts the following features :-

• Up to 3GB DDR2 RAM
• Energy saving backlit LED panel
• microDVI
• VGA out
• 8-in-1 memory card reader

You will be able to choose between having a 32GB SSD or 160GB/120GB external hard drive, where the latter will retail for $2,699 and $1,999 respectively.
