Boston Acoustics has taken the plunge into the cut-throat iPod speaker dock world with it’s maiden outing, the Duo-i. This iPod speaker dock will feature a couple of Boston 3.5″ drive units, ported acoustic enclosures and BassTrac that work in tandem to sharpen up sound at all levels. In addition, you also get the standard iPod playback and charging capability, compatibility with the iPhone, dual alarms, integrated AM/FM reception and a 360 degree snooze bar. Gotta love the remote control’s backlit display that prevents you from fumbling all over at night while you’re trying to lower/increase the volume. The Boston Acoustics Duo-i also has interchangeable, colored grilles to suit your interior design. It retails for £169.99.
