Now this is one simulator that I don’t mind sitting – an earthquake simulator that has been built right into a truck. Since Japan is a hotspot for earthquakes, this fancy truck has been going around the Land of the Rising Sun, giving people the chance to experience how being in an earthquake feels like minus the risk of being entombed under tons of concrete. The small room inside is transparent and shows people (both inside and outside) just what to expect whenever a fault line feels uncomfortable and starts to shift.
