There is a new HTC smartphone on the way it seems – according to the Bluetooth Special Interest Group, this new handset has been given the code name “HTC CONV100″. The document claims that the HTC CONV100 will be made available in Africa, Asia, Europe, North and South America, which will probably point toward a quadband 2.5G device at the very least. There is no word on which Bluetooth version that the HTC CONV100 will support, but chances are it will be Bluetooth 2.0+ EDR.
