
Nokia and Microsoft compete on many fronts so it might come as a surprise that Nokia announces that Microsoft’s Silverlight will works on the Symbian S60 OS.
Quickely explained, Silverlight is a Macromedia Flash competitor. It allows developers to create OS-independant applications. It works inside a browser, just like Flash.
