
Panasonic has a brand new Lumix digital camera out – the FX500. What makes this Lumix different from the older FX35 is the inclusion of a touch screen, otherwise the 3″ display, 10.1 megapixel sensor and face recognition capability remains the same. In addition, the Lumix FX500 also comes with 5x optical zoom, a 16:9 aspect ratio and a 720p high definition video recording mode. The Panasonic Lumix FX500 will only be made available later this May, retails for $399.95.
