
There is word released regarding plans for the Dell Latitude XT that is tipped to arrive sometime this November, shipping with the latest Intel Montevina chipset – also known as Centrino 2 for those who are less crazy about code names. The Latitude XT will also come with UMA graphics that support Vista Aero, a couple of USB ports, an eSATA port, and a 12.1″ 1,280 x 800 resolution display. There is also murmurings of Dell including an extremely thin optical drive into the laptop itself, instead of leaving it out in the optional Media Base. Well, everything will be revealed come November, so you can start saving up for one today.
