Real-Time 3D using Cell-Based Rendering… in Excel

It is not a new 3D rendering technique, but the idea is fun: render vector graphics using excel cells as “pixels”. It reminds me of the old good time of ASCII demos.

This was spotted by my friend Andrew L. on Gamasutra, so head out there if you want to download the excel file and spin the cube on your own PC.
