“Why, you little runt…” is a pretty common phrase heard all over the place, especially in day-care centers with exasperated caregivers. The 3.25″ Runt stun gun looks like a pager, but it is capable of kicking out 350,000 volts of juice for a mere $40. If you want the 650,000 and 950,000 volts versions, you will need to top up the initial price with another $10 and $20, respectively. Residents living outside of New York, Massachusetts, Michigan, Hawaii, Rhode Island, Wisconsin, Illinois, New Jersey or the cities of Baltimore, Philadelphia or Washington, DC will be able to use the Runt.
