Definitely not for the faint hearted, as those shocks will surely affect your counter-attack in the game since your reflexes will go all out of whack with each jolt. The device is currently compatible with Unreal Tournament only, but there are plans to make it function in the Half-Life engine. Why has Quake been left out?
