The 3DConnexion SpaceNavigator is one unique navigation peripheral for your computer, but it is too bulky to be carried around for notebook use until today. The 3DConnexion SpaceNavigator for Notebooks has just been unleashed, weighing half of the original, measures 1cm narrower and comes with its own travel case. It will cost $129 a pop compared to $59 for its desktop counterpart. It certainly boggles the mind that something twice as light is also two times more expensive – I guess miniaturization don’t come cheap these days.
