
AT&T might be laughing all the way to the bank at this point in time with the iPhone, but it has also hedged its bets by planning to sell Google’s Android-powered cell phones with the assurance from Google that the company won’t be forced to sell all-Google applications. It will be interesting to see how the 3G-enabled iPhone stacks up against Google’s Android phones. Now that’s a battle royale if I ever saw one.
