Guitar Hero has taken the gaming world by storm since its release, but so far the genre-defining game has been available on up-to-date consoles that have decent firepower. Modder Shredz64 prefers to think out of the box by programming an implementation of Guitar Hero on the ancient Commodore 64. In fact, the software alone cannot complete the experience which is why hacker Toni Westbrook also developed an adapter that allows the Guitar Hero controller to interface with this two decade old computer. Just don’t expect smooth flowing graphics and great sound from this little box.
