It makes perfect sense to have a phone that caters for senior citizens, one that is as easy to use as possible. Emporia’s Life Plus is the latest of such handsets that cater for those who are over 50 years old. Tipping the scales at 138 grams, you also get 250 hours of standby time, a “super loud” handsfree speaker, an obviously oversized display and buttons, an integrated flash light, and heck – even a Hearing Aid compatible earpiece as well as a single press ICE (‘In Case of Emergency’) number dial/emergency SMS. Sounds like its got all the relevant grounds covered, but it won’t be too easy on the pockets at £144.67 a pop on PAYG when it debuts later this May.
