Radio Shack ran some circulars which featured the iPod touch complete with Installer and MobileChat icons – and this instance can only come about with a jailbroken iPod (which doesn’t make much sense anyways). I wonder what the Apple legal eagles have to say about this, but does anyone want to file a lawsuit for false advertising? We can all share the loot…
