As much as I love Quake 3, the original Quake is still the best title in the franchise for me. This is where quad damage is really four times what a regular blast delivers, and who can forget the superior red armor that provides maximum protection? Precious memories aside, it seems as though someone has managed to create a port of Quake 3 which is able to run on the iPod touch, and presumably on the iPhone as well considering the similarities in architecture for both hardware. Firing is a simple process as all you need to do is tap the screen, but how about rocket jumping? Will it be smooth to execute? I would also be interested to know if the jump over the chasm in the inner room on Q3Tourney4 can still be accomplished here.
