Naon has just released its 2.2-channel body-sonic vibration system known as the EX2, claiming to deliver powerful stereo body-sonic vibration as well as stereo normal sound directly to external ears, while the stereo woofer sound will head straight to internal ears. I wonder if headphones in the future will rely on bone-conduction to get audio across in unprecedented clarity. So far sales have been pretty good in Japan, moving over 200,000 units since its launch. The Naon EX2 Sonic Vibration Headphone System will retail for approximately $45.
