New HTC Model in the works?

Word on the street has it that an HTC executive has recently confirmed a new Touch series smartphone which will be released sometime in May, and has been given the codename “Diamond”. This Windows Mobile-powered device is said to be one of the most important releases from HTC for this year, and it would be interesting to see how the HTC range of handsets will compete in the marketplace when the 3G iPhone is released.
