
Here’s a snapshot of the Samsung Alias that will replace Verizon’s u740, bringing an improved keyboard layout, a 1.3 megapixel camera (bah!), touch music controls and an overall improved feature set. This looks like a clamshell handset that can open up both ways – horizontally and vertically, just like Nokia’s N93i. This will be much cheaper though, retailing for $130.
