Now I know this doesn’t really make sense at all – how can the smallest Mac in the world be an OQO at the same time? Well, apparently the “Mac” in question here is actually an OQO that has been specially hacked to run Mac OS X Leopard. Boot up time stands at two and a half minutes, and everything about the OQO works fine ranging from WiFi connectivity to audio, power management and Bluetooth support. Unfortunately, WWAN has not yet been cracked yet but that is another challenge for another day. The OQO’s a wee bit too small for any heavy computing work, so this exercise is but a show-off parade that has met some success.
