Sony’s SRSZX1 2.0 Speaker System targets the average desktop computer that does not need tubthumping bass, but claims to entertain people with “an enriched sound range and fuller bass sound reproduction”. Meant for casual use where PC gaming, audio and DVD playback are concerned. It comes in an aluminum finish and is accompanied by a compact wireless remote controller. Technological advances include Mobius Duct technology which ‘minimizes wind noise’, Turbo Shift technology for extended bass range and a Sigma-Type magnetic circuit for upgraded sound reproduction. There is no word on pricing, but it shouldn’t be too expensive.
