ASUS Notebooks get Splashtop

ASUS notebooks will be getting the new Splashtop software that enables users to access their computers just seconds after hitting the power button instead of waiting for a couple of minutes, whiling their time away as the operating system loads. Sounds like a time-saver that will definitely appeal to those who are constantly on-the-go and need to access their data ASAP. There will be a wide range of models from ASUS that will ship with Splashtop pre-installed from June onwards. It will fall under the “Express Gate” brand under the ASUS banner, and the newly announced M70T, M50V and M51Vr multimedia series and stylish F8Va/Vr series will be the first models from ASUS carrying such technology.
