Hitachi 1.5 in US Now

Those of us living in the US who have been drooling over Hitachi’s 1.5″ thin LCD TVs will be able to empty their wallets pretty soon, and they can choose from 32″, 37″ and 42″ displays, depending on their budget. Ever wondered how Hitachi managed to send their LCD TVs to the fat house with such stunning results? Well, they removed the ATSC tuner for starters amongst others. Selected countries in Asia have already been able to purchase the Hitachi 1.5, but at least you can make good use of your stash now.
