Dual SIM phones seem to be catching on these days, although I still don’t see the point of it as I still can’t hold two conversations simultaneously. After all, carrying two handsets at once isn’t too much of a hassle since cell phones these days come in ever shrinking sizes. The HKC G1000 is a Windows-powered smartphone that can hold two SIM cards simultaneously, keeping both of them active at once without having you to go through the hassle of switching between SIMs. No 3G connectivity here as you’ll only have the following :-
- GSM/EDGE
- 2.8″ TFT touch screen display with QVGA resolution
- 256MB ROM
- 64MB RAM
- 2 megapixel camera
- Bluetooth connectivity
- microSD memory card slot
Would you part with $413 for this? I know I won’t.
