This is literally a 1-horsepower car, as the Naturmobil is large enough to hold a treadmill as well as a horse inside. The horse will naturally use the treadmill which propels the vehicle forward while charging the built-in battery. Should your horse get tired, it is then the battery’s turn to power the whole vehicle. Apparently, there is more than enough juice left to run a pair of LCD displays as well. I’m not too sure what the inventor, Abdolhadi Mirhejazi plans to do about the horse’s waste as it takes the occasional break. After all, being in a greenhouse-like enclosure certainly doesn’t bode well for either animal or human, and will a sudden brake on your part be detrimental to the horse’s joints?
