Philips unveil 198 and 199 Handsets

Philips has a couple of new handsets that will be heading out in Europe as well as Asia – the Philips 198 and Philips 199. Both won’t be high-end gizmos, but instead cater to the entry-level category. The 198 and 199 are basically the same inside and outside, save that the latter has an integrated FM radio and comes with headsets. Other features include :-

• 1.5″ CSTN color display at 128 x 128 resolution
• 3 pre-loaded games
• miniUSB connectivity
• Dual band GSM (900/1800MHz)

The Philips 198 and Philips 199 will retail for 40 Euros 45 Euros, respectively.
