There seems to be a new Sony Ericsson handset that will be coming out soon – the BeiBei. This version will be powered by the UIQ Symbian operating system, featuring WiFi connectivity and a vertical scroll wheel in favor of a direction pad. Heck, it even comes with a touch screen display to keep up with the rest of the other smartphones in the market, and it will probably rely on Sony Ericsson’s own handwriting recognition software. No idea on how much it will cost though, and the name BeiBei just makes it sound as though it is a China-centric handset. Hopefully that is but a codename that will change when released.
