
AMD and Nvidia are planning to go beyond what Intel are currently offering by creating their own USB 3.0 specification instead of being confined to Intel’s rules, cliaming that the chip giant is attempting to box them out as a new world of faster peripherals are being unveiled. At least that’s what the sentiments on the road is at this point of time, with no official comment coming from either Nvidia or AMD camps.
