Strange to see AU Optronics release the first 21.5″ LCD display in the world that features full High Definition resolution (1080p) – I thought that at sizes of 32″ and below, the human eye can’t really tell the difference between 1080p, 1080i and 720p. Well, at least you know this will complement your PS3 as well as Blu-ray players if you happen to own either (or both) in your home. This new range of full HD LCD panels feature a widescreen aspect ratio of 16:9, a contrast ratio of 1,000 to 1 and a speedy response time. I’d settle for a 24″ widescreen LCD monitor instead, thank you very much.
