BoltBus will definitely appeal to the tech-savvy as this new service which struts between Boston’s South Station and New York’s Penn Station will feature free Wi-Fi connectivity and 110V sockets behind each seat, letting you get work done during your travel without any worry of a dead battery. In addition, BoltBus has ensured your comfort by removing seats from the standard coach seating arrangement in order to provide each person with another 3″ of legroom. Might not sound like much, but every little bit of space counts if you’re over 2 meters tall. There are dead spots along the way as you travel, but I don’t think that would be too much of a problem if you are just checking mail and performing casual surfing. Of course, you can always connect your 3G-enabled handset and surf via that method as well if you wish.
