Cannondale to offer iPod Option

Cannondale is currently mulling over an upgrade on their bicycles by offering the advantage of docking an iPod on it. As with any other dock, it will be set right in front of the rider ala vehicle dashboard. The iPod will not only play back your favorite tunes as you hit the dirt trail, it will also display your speed, distance covered, and calories burned among others. Don’t worry about running out of juice, since it will be powered by the bike itself (as long as you’re moving I guess). There is a possibility of a rearview video-camera that helps you focus on what’s bearing down on your behind (No officer, I wasn’t speeding for Pete’s sake!).
