EDG DiskGo USB Flash Drive

EDG has released a new DiskGo secure Guardian flash drive that features 256-bit AES hardware encryption and dual-channel SLC flash, where it boasts read and write speeds of 25MB/s and 16MB/s, respectively. The rugged anodized aluminum housing will be able to stand up to various harsh elements such as rough treatment, water, sand and even dirt. Accessing the data within is not such a simple affair as complex passwords are required, adding yet another layer of security. Encryption is not an option here with the new DiskGo Guardian, and after eight failed password attempts, all encrypted data within will be wiped off completely. Best keep this out of sight from the kids lest they don’t know any better. You can choose from 1GB, 2GB, 4GB and 8GB models that retail for $69.95, $99.95, $149.95 and $249.95, respectively.
