
NTT DoCoMo’s research & development labs are currently working on an eye-controlled MP3 player that isn’t too flattering to look at at this point in time. Of course, that’s because prototypes are just meant to get the thing going without worrying about design as that can come later. The current design features a large set of headphones that are able to adjust the volume based on where you roll your eyes, including switching tracks by moving your eyes from side to side. Chances are a gaming company in Japan will release an Eye Training track if this ever catches on. Heck, I can forsee future eye DJs hit the floor as well with this.
