Web browser Firefox is officially a record breaker, with version 3.0 clocking over 6 million downloads worldwide and cementing its place in the Guinness Book of World Records for most downloads in a 24-hour period. What makes this news even more remarkable is the fact that Firefox download sites were plagued by a fair number of problems (what a coincidence) which are mostly due to the servers failing to handle the worldwide demand. Improved features in version 3.0 include faster browsing, a graphical refresh of its menus and better stability. Have you grabbed your copy just yet?
