Hyundai has exclusively released a 3D LCD TV in Japan, and this one requires you to wear a pair of dorky 3D glasses in order to get a headache 10 minutes into whatever show you’re viewing at the moment. Each $4,000 purchase will come with two pairs of 3D glasses, and you will be limited to a couple of 3D cable channels, comprising mostly of nature shots in and around Hokkaido, animal antics in a zoo and bike racing. Maybe if they have more sporting channels in 3D , it would kick off in the Land of the Rising Sun.
