Iomega’s latest DVR Expander brings half a terabyte of storage space to keep all your favorite TV shows – just in case you don’t have a calculator handy, 500GB of hard drive space is large enough to store up to 300 hours of standard definition TV, while those who prefer high definition recording will have to settle for one-fifth that amount. Each $200 purchase comes with an eSATA cable to get you started. The Iomega DVR Expander currently plays nice with the 8300 DVR and the 8300HD DVR, although there are plans to include compatibility iwth future models from Scientific Atlanta.
