There is word that Apple will be releasing a pre-release version of iTunes 7.7 for developers tonight, and this new version will be able to do more than just sync music and video to the 3G iPhone. Of course, this new Remote application can also function with the iPod touch, providing you with full control over iTunes playback from just about anywhere in your home. Best of all is, this Remote application will be a free download, so go nuts!
