Forget about the pair of glasses or binoculars at the race course – the JORDY (Joint Optical Reflective Display) advanced head-worn magnifier from Enhanced Vision ought to surpass the performance of either, allowing those suffering from low vision to view objects at a distance. Features include :-
- 4 viewing modes (full-color, black and white, high-contrast positive and negative)
- 30x magnification (50x with the optional desktop)
- Integrated lighting system
- Auto-focus with digital zoom
It will be battery operated, and unfortunately the design isn’t anything much to shout about. Hopefully future revisions will be something worth looking at.
