LG goes green with Flatron W2252TE

LG’s new Flatron W2252TE is a 22″ widescreen LCD monitor that touts a 45% power reduction compared to other models, helping you save up to 40 watts during usage which ultimately results in a lower electricity bill at the end of every month. Well, guess the Flatron W2252TE can lay claim to being the “greenest LCD monitor on the market” at this point, although I’m pretty sure that there will be many other manufacturers clamoring for that title in the near future. There is no word on pricing, but the LG Flatron W2252TE will be available in the UK from August onwards.
