I’m sure the timepiece worn by Solid Snake in the Metal Gear Solid series does much more than just tell the time, and I’m proven right with this beauty of a watch – the Limited Edition Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots timepiece is available for pre-order at UK online retailer Gamestation, crafted from the finest stainless steel, engraved and numbered. It comes in a black box complete with a silver MGS4 logo stamped on top of it. Needless to say, there is a certificate of authenticity from Konami so that folks won’t think you’re fleecing them should you pawn this during your time of need. There will be an extremely limited run of 500 of such watches this October 31st, and being available only in the UK makes the watch all the more desirable. Somebody spare me £99.99 for this?
