NEC has unveiled a couple more network projectors for the corporate boardroom – the NP905 and the NP901W. The former will feature 1,024 x 768 (XGA) native resolution while the latter has 1,280 x 800 (WXGA) resolution, although both models will max out at 1,600 x 1,200 (UXGA). These Windows-compatible projectors function just fine in Vista, featuring Windows Network Projector support. The NP905 has a brightness of 3,000 lumens while the NP901W has a 2,000 lumens brightness level. Video connections can be made via HDMI 1.3, a couple of VGA, RCA and S-Video inputs, with audio output courtesy of basic RCAs and mini stereo plugs. The NEC NP905 will retail for approximately $2,000 while the NP901W is much cheaper at $1,300 this July.
