
The Samsung Spinpoint M6 has gone into mass production, and you will soon be able to get your hands around the 250GB and 500GB models which retail for $199 and $299, respectively, at a retail store near you. In addition to the Spinpoint M6, Samsung also announced a new 7200RPM Spinpoint F1 RAID-class (as shown above) 3.5″ SATA hard drive that will be mass produced as well, allowing you to have 1TB of additional storage space for $299 a pop.
