Both of them are able to form a bridge between the cellular network and a Wi-Fi hotspot, helping users save phone minutes by calling from a Wi-Fi network only to hand over the call to the GSM phone network automatically. This will see you maintain your normal voice plan with the advantage of not suffering the drop-outs which are often associated with cellphones indoors.
